Fitzdares Affordability Checks

We've deployed some non-invasive checks throughout our member's journey with Fitzdares to ensure this remains the case and those who may need a little help receive it. Fitzdares complete a GEO affordability check upon registration with Fitzdares, just prior to depositing, which considers various open-source and geographical statistics, such as unemployment rates, property value, CCJs/insolvencies in an area and assigns a score. Some members may receive a mandatory deposit limit upon registration based on this result however, should this be the case for you, you would of course be notified straight away of this limit.

Fitzdares also completes non-invasive checks further down the line with our members to ensure our members situation hasn't changed, these non-invasive checks include a vulnerability check to make sure we're protecting those who are most vulnerable for any potential harm.

From time to time, Fitzdares may request some sensitive financial information you. This is mainly to ensure we comply with our regulatory obligations for anti-money laundering as well as ensuring your gambling remains sustainable. Should we ever require this information from you, we would contact you with our request and discuss options and what's required.
